- I've lived in different places growing up as a child and adult, from the mid-west to the west coast. Currently I live in the San Diego, CA area. For my art I draw inspiration from a wide variety of sources. First within the comic book industry I would cite the following artists as influences on my work: John Buscema, Carmine Infantino, Neal Adams, Marc Silvestri, Jim Valentino and Jim Lee. Outside of comics but within the category of art would be the many musicians I like and admire such as Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Ronnie James Dio, Iron Maiden, TAD, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Green River, Mudhoney, Black Sheep, A Tribe Called Quest, Ice-T, Ice Cube, NWA, Geto Boys, Kreator, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, the 1986 Guns N' Roses, AC/DC (both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson work). There after anyone or any group that has overcome adversity to be successful. I would also say I prefer to associate with these type of people as they tend to be more down to Earth and humble. One's sense of humor can often tell the road one has traveled...
